| I'm Peter Michael Dunbar, known to most people as Mike. I own Dunbar & Associates, LLC. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself and the business. I would also like to thank you for visiting our website. I entered on duty with the FBI in 1975 and was assigned to the National Crime Information Center, Computerized Criminal History Unit, at FBIHQ, Washington, D.C. Following my assignment at FBIHQ, I served in three FBI Field Offices as a Special Agent (Memphis, Los Angeles and Phoenix-Lake Havasu City Resident Agency). I have worked on and directed investigations of all sizes and classifications, to include undercover operations, Title IIIs (more commonly known as wiretaps) and a wide variety of other cases. My father, Pete Dunbar, following a twenty seven year career as an FBI Agent and an eight year career as the United States Attorney for the District of Montana, founded the investigative firm of Dunbar and Associates in Montana. Following my career as an FBI Agent, I retired in 2004, I founded the investigative firm of Dunbar and Associates, L.L.C. in Arizona. It has been a very rewarding career, as both an FBI Agent and as a private investigator. Dunbar and Associates, LLC services a very large geographical area throughout the western United States. In an effort to make it more cost efficient for the client, we endeavor to utilize investigators (former FBI Agents or former law enforcement investigators) closest to the area of investigation. The investigators utilized are those in whose abilities we have the utmost confidence and trust. The investigators utilized are properly licensed as necessary, noting that certain states may not require private investigators to be licensed.
